All articles have been created according to my own ideas and are therefore subject to copyright protection. They may therefore not be copied, altered, or otherwise used commercially.

Handmade, all rights reserved.
QUALITY: The items offered are mainly handmade and therefore unique.

The single article will be described conscientiously and as well as possible and presented with photos.
It may come to light technical reasons (digital photography, settings of the respective monitor, etc.) color deviations. My offers are not binding and only valid while stocks last.

OWNERSHIP: The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the purchase price.
The provisions of German law (BGB) apply. The contract language is German.
The offers represent a non-binding offer.
The conclusion of the contract and the contractual relationship with the individual services are only concluded with the order of the buyer and the acceptance by Susanne Gallmann.
Delivery condition: Dispatched within Germany, EU on request. The shipping costs vary, as they depend on the size and weight of the goods.
The personal data required in the purchase process (eg address) are not saved by wohnstil, S. Gallmann.

Cancellation policy for shop living style
Withdrawal
As a consumer, you can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the case before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods at the recipient (in the case of recurrent delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first part delivery) and not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the thing is sufficient.

consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned and, if applicable, rights of use must be surrendered. If you can not give us or return the received performance as well as usages (for example, benefits of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay compensation for the value. For a deterioration of the thing and for drawn uses, you must pay compensation only if the use or the deterioration is due to a handling of the item or defective packaging (when returning) or an excessive review of the characteristics and functioning.
I therefore ask you to pack the items exactly as you received them!
The term "testing the properties and the mode of operation" refers to the testing and testing of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.
Parcel shipping goods are to be returned at our risk.
You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered or if you have at a higher price of the thing at the time of cancellation not yet the consideration or a contractually agreed installment paid. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Non-parcels are picked up at your place.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the thing, for us with their receipt.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
Whether the delivered goods fall under this exception can be found in the respective product description (in the shop).
In case of dispute, it is up to the seller to prove that his goods were made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

1) Collection, processing, use and disclosure of personal data

1.1 Personal data (eg address) are only collected by wohn-stil if you provide these to yourself for the execution of the contract. We use the personal data provided by you on this occasion to process the contract and to process your request.
1.2 We pass on your data in the context of the contract execution to the transport enterprise commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the commodity.
